Event Details:
Event Dates: 16th- 20th June 2026
Shift Length: typically 8–10 hours
Selection Process: short video interview required before booking
Pay Rate: competitive hourly rate + holiday pay

We are recruiting a high-calibre Hospitality Bar Team to deliver an exceptional drinks service experience at one of the most prestigious events in the British social calendar. Royal Ascot is renowned for its elegant atmosphere, premium hospitality spaces and world-class guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in professional presentation, attention to detail and delivering a refined standard of service within stylish bars, private enclosures and hospitality lounges.

The Role: 
As part of the hospitality bar team, you will provide efficient and professional drinks service while maintaining the highest standards of guest interaction and presentation throughout the event.

You will play an important role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests in a polished and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve champagne, wine, spirits and premium beverages to a high standard
  • Provide attentive, confident and professional service to guests
  • Maintain an organised and well-presented bar area
  • Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service
  • Ensure glassware and service areas remain clean and polished
  • Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team
  • Maintain excellent personal presentation throughout the event

  • Have strong teamwork skills

Experience working in high-end hospitality or customer-facing roles is beneficial.

Strong performers may be prioritised for future premium events throughout the season.
