About the Role
We are a fast-growing street food and events business serving fresh, vibrant cuisine at some of the UK’s most exciting festivals and large-scale events.
As we prepare for the 2026 summer season and beyond, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in our continued growth.

We are recruiting for this role on behalf of one of our valued concessionaire partners.

The Role
This is a hands-on, full-time position combining:
  • Festival operations (peak summer season, travel across the UK)
  • Year-round events & corporate catering (primarily Greater London)
You’ll work closely with the senior management team to oversee operations from planning through to execution—ensuring smooth, professional and high-energy service on site.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Running day-to-day operations across festival and event food units
  • Leading, motivating and supporting teams during busy service periods
  • Managing rotas, staffing and scheduling across multiple events
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering and cost management
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance standards are met
  • Handling opening/closing procedures, cash-ups and reporting
  • Coordinating builds, setups and pack-downs at festivals
  • Liaising with event organisers, suppliers and site teams
  • Working closely with production and logistics teams to manage stock flow
  • Reporting on performance and contributing to operational improvements

About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and leads from the front:
  • Proven experience in festivals, street food, or large-scale event operations
  • Background managing high-volume food units, kiosks or concessions
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams under pressure
  • Hands-on, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working weekends, festivals and outdoor events
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the UK for events and festivals
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 (or willingness to obtain Level 2 minimum)

What We Offer
  • Salary: £35,000 per year + performance-based bonuses
  • Permanent, full-time role with real growth opportunities
  • ~35–40 hours per week (seasonal flexibility required)
  • Opportunity to work at some of the UK’s biggest festivals and events
  • A supportive, ambitious and collaborative team culture
  • A fast-growing business where your ideas genuinely matter
  • Partner discounts across hospitality
