Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve premium cocktails and beverages to guests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-profile hospitality environment.
- Maintain bar presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels.
- Follow all licensing, health & safety, and responsible service guidelines.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards.
- Support the wider hospitality team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
- Previous Mixologist or Cocktail Bartender experience.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility throughout the event.
