Casual Hospitality Staff – Gloucester Rugby & Summer Events

Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester.
Flexible, Event-Based Shifts.

We’re recruiting enthusiastic and reliable hospitality staff to join us for the final events of the Season, including GRFC, Army/RAF & Concerts.

Upcoming Fixtures:
  • 16th May - Army vs RAF.
  • 6th June - GRFC vs Newcastle Red Bulls.
  • 27th-28th June - Tom Jones & Ministry of Sound Concerts.

Shifts are typically 6–8 hours, with strong opportunities for ongoing work across major events throughout 2026.

The Role:
You’ll be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused hospitality team delivering exceptional service across busy matchdays and large-scale summer events. From serving drinks to supporting operations, you’ll play a key role in creating a standout guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional manner. 
  • Taking and serving drinks quickly and accurately. 
  • Processing payments using POS systems. 
  • Keeping bars and service areas clean, stocked, and organised. 
  • Supporting event set up and pack down. 
  • Working as part of a team to deliver smooth, efficient service.
     
What We’re Looking For:
  • Aged 18+. 
  • Previous hospitality or bar experience preferred. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment. 
  • A positive, reliable, team-focused attitude. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and key event dates.
