Food Truck Catering Manager - London Events Team
£20 per hour + Holiday Pay.
Work across London’s top venues, including Wembley Stadium, Lord’s, London Stadium & Twickenham

We’re looking for a confident, high-energy Catering Manager to lead operations across premium food truck units at some of the UK’s most iconic venues.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing high-volume food truck operations.
- Cooking and serving to large crowds.
- Leading, motivating, and coordinating team members.
- Delivering fast, efficient, high-quality service.
- Managing queues and maintaining smooth service flow.
- Handling stock control and minimising waste.
- Opening and closing units efficiently.
- Acting as the senior point of contact on shift.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality, street food, or event catering.
- Proven experience leading teams in busy environments.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
- Organised, hands-on, and proactive approach.
- Food Hygiene Level 2/3 (or willingness to obtain).
