We’re looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Barista to help deliver exceptional service across our busy food and beverage outlets.

Details:
  • Alton Towers Resort, Staffordshire.
  • £14 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay.
  • Every day from 22 May-31 May
  • Approximate hours - 9:00-19:00 each day
About the Role
As a Barista, you will help deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining high product quality and presentation standards in a fun, fast-paced theme park environment.

Key responsibilities:
  •  Serve a range of coffees, teas, cold drinks, snacks, and baked goods. 
  •  Provide friendly, confident customer service to guests of all ages. 
  •  Operate tills and handle transactions accurately. 
  •  Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the unit. 
  •  Restock milk, syrups, cups, snacks, and other supplies during service. 
  •  Work efficiently as part of a team during busy peak periods. 
  •  Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times. 
  •  Ensure drinks and food are presented consistently and to a high standard. 
  •  Help create a positive and memorable guest experience throughout the day. 
About You
We’re looking for people who enjoy working in an energetic environment and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will be:
  •  Confident working in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills. 
  •  Reliable, punctual, and well-presented. 
  •  Comfortable handling busy queues and high guest volumes. 
  •  Able to work effectively as part of a team. 
  •  Previous barista, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
