We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Barista to help deliver exceptional service across our busy Coffee outlets

Details:

Alexander Stadium. Birmingham
£14 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay.
Must be available to work 10th - 16th August

About the Role:

As a Barista, you will help deliver fast, efficient service while maintaining high product quality and presentation standards in a vibrant, high-energy stadium environment.

Key responsibilities:

Serve a range of coffees, teas, cold drinks, snacks, and baked goods.
Provide friendly, confident customer service to fans and guests of all ages.
Operate tills and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the unit.
Restock milk, syrups, cups, snacks, and other supplies during service.
Work efficiently as part of a team during busy peak periods.
Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
Ensure drinks and food are presented consistently and to a high standard.
Help create a positive and memorable guest experience throughout the event.

About You:

Ideal candidates will be:

Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
Comfortable handling busy queues and large crowds.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous barista, café, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
