Bar Staff – Summer Events, Bristol
We’re building a strong team of experienced bar staff in Bristol ready to work across some of the city’s biggest summer events—including the iconic Bristol Harbour Festival.
Freemans Event Partners is looking for skilled, confident bartenders to deliver fast, high-quality service in busy, high-energy event environments.
Hours & Contract:
Flexible shifts available via the Ubeya app—choose when and where you work.
Pay: £13 per hour (plus holiday pay).
About the Role:
You’ll be working across a range of large-scale events, serving drinks quickly and efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. These are fast-paced environments where your bar experience and ability to stay calm under pressure will be key.
From festivals to major live events, you’ll play an important role in creating a seamless and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, efficient bar service in high-volume environments.
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times.
- Accurately handle payments and transactions.
- Keep bar areas clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Support the wider team to ensure smooth operation during peak times.
About You:
- Previous bar experience is essential.
- Confident working in busy, high-volume environments.
- Strong knowledge of bar service and customer interaction.
- Reliable, professional, and a great team player.
- Able to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
