We are recruiting a professional and energetic team of Bar Staff to support operations during the busiest and most exciting days of Royal Ascot 2026. Royal Ascot is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, premium hospitality, and exceptional guest experience.

The Role
As part of the Bar Team, you will play an important role in delivering efficient and friendly drinks service across busy event bars and hospitality areas throughout Royal Ascot week.
You will help maintain high service standards while supporting a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests during peak trading periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve beer, wine, spirits, champagne, cocktails, and soft drinks efficiently
- Deliver friendly, approachable, and professional customer service
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked bar areas
- Support with restocking, glass collection, and general bar operations
- Operate tills and handle payments accurately
- Work collaboratively with the wider event team
- Maintain excellent personal presentation and professionalism throughout the event

- Are available to work Thursday 18th, Friday 19th, and Saturday 20th June 2026
- Enjoy working in lively, fast-paced event environments
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Are reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Work well as part of a team
- Feel confident interacting with guests and customers
Previous bar or customer-facing experience is beneficial, but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
