Event Details: 
Event Dates: 16th – 20th June 2026.
Shift Length: typically 8–10 hours.
Selection Process: short video interview required before booking.
Pay Rate: competitive hourly rate + holiday pay.

We are recruiting a strong team of Bar Staff to deliver efficient and friendly drinks service at one of the most prestigious events in the British social calendar. Royal Ascot is known for its lively atmosphere, busy bars and memorable guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and take pride in providing great service while being part of a team.

The Role:
As part of the bar team, you will provide efficient drinks service while supporting a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests throughout the event.

You will be working across busy bars and event spaces, helping to keep service running quickly and effectively during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks efficiently.
  • Provide friendly and approachable customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area.
  • Support with restocking and general bar duties.
  • Operate tills and handle payments accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Maintain a good level of personal presentation.

Previous bar or customer-facing experience is beneficial, but not essential.
