Bar Staff – Kingsholm Stadium, Gloucester
Join the excitement at Kingsholm Stadium, home of Gloucester Rugby and one of the most passionate crowds in sport, as part of our vibrant bar team.
Freemans Event Partners is recruiting enthusiastic and dependable Bar Staff to deliver excellent service at this iconic venue.
Hours & Contract: We use the Ubeya app to allow you to pick your own hours from available shifts. Successful applicants will be sent the link to join our team on the app.
Pay: £13 per hour (plus holiday pay).
About the Role:
As part of our bar team, you’ll serve drinks, interact with fans, and ensure every guest enjoys a great experience. You’ll work together with colleagues to maintain efficient, high-quality service across busy matchdays and live events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve drinks efficiently and responsibly.
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
- Handle transactions accurately and quickly.
- Keep bar areas clean, stocked, and organised.
- Support teammates to ensure smooth service during busy events.
About You:
- Hospitality or bar experience is welcome but not essential, especially for those with customer service backgrounds.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
